Description: Risk & Finance Group Data is looking for a Solution Architect to optimize our production data warehouses (BI based on Microsoft technology). The role is essentially focussed on the following areas:
The Solution Architect is an important link between the R&F Data Business Architect, the R&F Delivery Manager, Solution Architects in other Domains and Clusters and the Scrum teams in R&F Group Data.

The role of Solution Architect can be roughly divided among 5 attention areas; these being Software Engineering, Methods & Techniques, IT-governance, Infrastructure and Business Process knowledge;

You are the linking-pin between the business architect and the R&F Group Data Scrum teams;

You will develop Project Start Architectures, Technical Application Specifications and decision-making memos together with business-, delivery- and architecture stakeholders;

You monitor the High Level Design documents which the teams deliver;

You actively participate in the choices made in the various attention areas;

You are a sparring partner for your direct colleagues and for the teammembers in cluster IT Lending Enterprise.
The candidate should also meet these requirements

A completed HBO- or WO-equivalent education (preferably in computer science, informatics or business management direction)

Roughly 10 jaar work experience in a comparable function in an ICT environment

Demonstrable skills and/or knowledge in the following areas
o Risk and/or Finance domain knowledge is a strong plus
o Banking/Financial industry experience required
o System Integration expertise
o Microsoft BI Stack knowledge
o Datawarehouse experience in complex environemnts
o Data Logistics experience
o Data Vault knowledge and/or experience

Quality control on delivery artifacts

Creation and monitoring of delivery guidelines

Agile/Scrum knowledge / experience is an added advantage

Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
Selectie criteria: Ervaring in Risk & Finance, previous experience as Solution Architect, BI experience
